I placed an order for a download, how will I receive it?

Once your purchase is completed and has been verified by our team, we will email you all details pertaining to your order.  Please allow up to 2-3 hours for processing of your order during regular business hours. Note that, for orders placed outside of business hours, processing can take up to 12 hours (not likely, but we just wanted to give you a heads up).

I placed an order for a download, waited the processing time, but still don't see my email?

Please also be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder in case the email was placed there in error. If you still cannot locate anything then please send an email to support@uktechstore.com and we can look in this right away.

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely! You can give us a call at 08000148181 and place your order over the phone with one of our Customer Service Agents. 

Why do I have to verify my order?

One of the ways that we prevent online fraud and protect you from anyone using your credit card against your knowledge, is by performing an additional verification. This is required on some new or large orders. During this process we may ask you to provide us with an alternate email address from a secure domain, or we may contact you directly by phone.

Why was my order cancelled?

Please note that UKTechStore.com reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock availability or information errors.  

How do I cancel/change my order?

For software downloads: If we have not yet emailed you the Product Key, you may contact us immediately to cancel or change your order. If we have already sent you the Product Key, please see our Return Policy.

For all physical products: If you wish to cancel or change your order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has already shipped, please see our Return Policy.

How do I see my order status?

You can see the status of any of your orders by logging in to your account. If you do not have an account you can get in touch and we will be able to update you on the status of your order.

Why is my order on hold?

There are a couple of reasons that your order status may be "On Hold" including out of stock product and problems with the shipping address or payment information.

Where can I get my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped your account will be updated to include your tracking details. If you are unable to locate this, please send us an email to support@uktechstore.com and we will be happy to help.

Do you provide technical support?

While we will always do our best to point our customers in the right direction if they encounter any problems, we do not provide formal technical support and it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the technical knowledge required to download/install and use the software purchased. Some products are eligible for updates and technical support from the manufacturer, if you are uncertain whether the product you are considering is eligible, be sure to ask.

I'm having trouble installing the software I purchased at UKTechStore.com, what should I do?

If you are having problems installing or activating your purchase please let us know either by sending an email to support@uktechstore.com. Please try and include a screenshot of any error message you received as this will help us identify and resolve the problems much faster.

What if I can't find the product I am looking for?

Let us know!! We have access to many products that aren't listed on our website and can help you find the best deal on what you are looking for.

There is no VAT shown on my Invoice. Why is this?

We are not currently VAT registered so cannot legally charge VAT on your transaction. Pricing has been amended to reflect this.

Do you have a physical store for pickup?

No. We do not have a physical storefront and our head office location is strictly a sales office. The products we sell are kept throughout our warehouse locations.

What are the discounts for bulk orders?

We regret to inform you that UKTECHSTORE has decided to close down our business.

UKTECHSTORE will no longer be actively selling or processing any new orders. Our staff will remain on board for a period of 3 months and will continue to offer support to all existing clients.

The decision to close down this business was not easy, but because of market saturation, competitiveness and difficulty in sourcing products at fair prices we have no choice but to close our shop.
